Here's the latest belly pic. As you can see, baby is getting bigger! Weirdly, I seem to be getting thinner in other places. I like it!

I was sitting on the couch the other night, watching tv and minding my own business. I had just finished eating about an hour before, and was winding down from a long day at work. All of a sudden, I felt something in my tummy that I had never felt before! Oh my God, it moves! It felt like a bubble almost, very subtle, but definitely there.

I rushed to the phone to call Joel, who was out of town on business that evening. While I was telling him about the first movement, it struck again, this time with more force! Not only did it move, I think it did a somersault! I felt nothing the next day, but two days later, there was definitely more movement! It is such an unbelievable feeling, and definitely a reminder that my little strawberry is there and doing well.

I also noticed another thing this week I had never felt before. My tummy is exploding, and now my "under the belly" jeans have slipped under my belly rather than resting comfortably below my belly button. I'm looking more and more pregnant by the day. Even my favorite pjs are starting to get too small in the waist, which is a real tragedy considering how often I wear them, although Joel may beg to differ.
