Talking in HUGE Sentences and Singing!
Saturday, March 14th, 2009Isabel has really taken a leap with her vocabulary and sentences in the last few weeks. She says 5 and 6 word sentences, and can sing the entire chorus of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Pay Me My Money Down. She is starting to recognize letters and colors, and while she isn't right most of the time, she knows her color names and letters. For example, if you hold up a pink plate, she may tell you it is blue, but she is at least giving back a color name, not some other category. She brings me letters off the refrigerator and tries to name them. It's interesting, she has a real interest in the alphabet that Kate didn't have. Kate, on the other hand, now knows most letters and numbers and she finally pushes the right button on the elevator! YAY!
